Discovered : Henri Moissan, 1886. The most reactive of all elements.
Found in : Fluorite (CaF2), topaz, cryolite.
Used for : Toothpaste, Teflon, refrigerants, aluminum production.
Remarkable : Cannot exist freely in nature. Always bound to another element. Fluorine destroyed every container used to isolate it until Moissan found a way.
